Cancellations & Rescheduling
- At Carly’s Cleaning, my mission is to provide an affordable and easy cleaning service, because I believe everyone deserves a clean space to live in. To continue offering reliable and high-quality service to all of my clients, I have the following cancellation policy in place.
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
- No-shows (failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time) will also result in a $25 fee.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
- To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call or text Carly at 207-891-8716.
- If I do not receive confirmation of cancellation in time, the cancellation fee will be applied to your next service or invoiced separately.
Exceptions
- We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an emergency, please reach out to discuss possible fee waivers on a case-by-case basis.
I appreciate your support as a working mom
I am a working mom. My daughter was born July 2025. There will be times where I am unable to have someone or her father watch and care for her while I work. I do not charge for any time I may have to attend to my daughter. At this time her father and I can't financially afford child care and we don't get assistance for child care. As her mother I have no choice but to bring her with me and I do not apologize for doing what I have to do to care for my daughter. Thank you for your understanding
