At Carly’s Cleaning, my mission is to provide an affordable and easy cleaning service, because I believe everyone deserves a clean space to live in. To continue offering reliable and high-quality service to all of my clients, I have the following cancellation policy in place.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
No-shows (failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time) will also result in a $25 fee.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call or text Carly at 207-891-8716.
If I do not receive confirmation of cancellation in time, the cancellation fee will be applied to your next service or invoiced separately.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an emergency, please reach out to discuss possible fee waivers on a case-by-case basis.
